10 Elements of Photography
1. Pattern
Creating the pictures around repeating the elements. When lines, shapes and colors stay in a row as in the wallpaper, it makes the picture become more unique.

2. Symmetry
Symmetry is a form of pattern that considers the balance and proportion of an
object. Usually the pictures that we take are about nature and our
surroundings. Sometimes symmetry can appear naturally from the object that we
take.

3. Texture
Texture
is the detail surface of an object. In photography it means the image
represents the texture of the subject/object. Texture element is needed to make
the image give more impact to the viewers.

4. Depth of Field
The
amount of distance between the nearest and the farthest objects that appear in
sharp focus in photography.

5. Lines
Effective elements of composition, because give structure to photo. In the picture, the line doesn’t have to be straight and usually the best pictures have the curved lines.

6. Framing
Framing is a technique of using natural objects around us to frame our subjects. It could be anything such as bushes, trees, windows, halls, doorways, etc.

7. Perspective
Perspective is the angle that a photo is taken. It also relates to the position of our eyes to the objects in an image.

8. Space
Space in Photography is the distance or areas around the subject. Space can be positive (white or light) or negative (black or dark), open or closed, shallow or deep and two-dimensional or three-dimensional.

9. Balance
Balance means that the subjects in the photos are symmetrical or asymmetrical. It also can be used to be the balance of the color.

10. Color
Colors are the one that makes emotion of an image. An Interesting image is basically because of it colors. Even though colors could make an interesting image, be careful not to use o many colors that the main subject has no attention.
